For over 30 years now, “catalogue” courses and seminars have been much appreciated for their scientific rigour and operational structure. Every year over 12,000 public administration administrators and officials entrust their professional growth to the best sector experts chosen from amongst local and central P.A. managers, university lecturers, ordinary and administrative magistrates and professional specialists.

In house
To complete its offer, Maggioli Formazione e Consulenza offers “in house”  training (organised on the purchaser’s premises). Courses are designed based on catalogue initiatives or prepared defining a specific topic, thus offering the customer the chance to adapt content and method to its specific reality.

 

CONSULTANCY

Maggioli – together with the Galgano Group – provides innovative Management Consultancy to support Public Administrations in supplying more effective, efficient and better quality services.

The mission is to be a reliable, pragmatic, innovative, global partner, close to the management and administrator needs of Authorities called on to carry out an active development role; all this in a process simplification context with limited resources and the unchanged goal to assure that effective policies are implemented in line with citizen and company expectations.

To sustain this change, a new “ Lean government” managerial model to support the authority has been defined. A “Lean Center - the centre spreading lean government” has been created to spread new organisation logic, new techniques and available tools and to give public Administrators and Managers to chance to share experiences.
